An excellent bed-time storybook for kids 5-100 years old!

Our family loved this book as we read one story per night until we finished the whole book. We all wanted MORE of these wonderfully, funny and insightful stories to ponder. Marc Gellman had us laughing as he put into words the incredible experiences of growing up in a family in easy bite-size scenarios. We want to buy one for every family we know! Its a modern-day "Aesops Fables" with excellent morals taught in a loving way.

Great book for pre-teens or teens struggling with authority.

I work in a public library and have the opportunity to work with junior high kids who have been ordered by the courts to perform community service. Most of these kids have trouble with authority as well as parental issues. After they complete their service, this is the book I give to them. It is written humorously and with wisdom.
