Thumbs up for T68i
Im very pleased with this phone, people still buy it now even though its quite old. This phones easy to use (to me anyway), stylish, packed with features and has a colour screen. The only things i wish my phone had are polyphonic ringtones, was java enabled and more colours in the screen e.g 65, 000.
Overall im very pleased with this phone and recomend it to anyone, but if you want the very lastest phone with everything, i recommend a different phone like the Z600 as the T68i is quite old.

Connectivity at its best
The T68i has many useful features for the IT centered user. I would rate this phone as the best in terms of connectivity. Not only can the phonebook and the calendar in the handset can be easily synchronised with Microsoft Outlook through infrared or bluetooth - I transferred my phone book with about 100 entries from my PC to the handset in minutes! - but the T68i also features GPRS which allows for a mobile internet connection of 115.2Kbps while on the move. Its the perfect match if you want to be online from your laptop.

A very nice phone, seen as what its made for!
I have now owned this phone for a couple of months and am very pleased with its performances.

One of the main reasons for me buying it was the impressive stand-by time. I have measured the actual time several times and it has always reached 300 hours +, a very impressive figure!

The features of the phone might be a bit few but the voice-memo, almanac and the GPS fast connection features are all really great and useful. Although Sony Ericsson got a colour display it doesnt have the best resolution even though its all right for most user. You can add pictures popping up when your mom, dad or wife call that is rather nice too (and a own melody for each person), but once again, the resolution not the best out there and especially photos tend to be a bit too grainy.

Clearly this is not a phone for younger people searching for all the latest games (which is a very poor feature on this phone), cameras or whatever. Its just a well-crafted, well-performing phone to use a very long time ahead chosen for the need of consistency rather than a need for all the latest stuff.

The Blue tooth technique is nice, but yet to unknown and lacking of compability to be really useful.

A writer complained about the handling of it as bad. In my mind its extremely easy to get a long with, with an intuitive and logical map structure.

Even though looks arent everything, youll probably wont find a more well-crafted and stylish phone from this joint Swedish-Japanese company out there!

To end this review; one should always ask oneself whether you would like to have a Phone (with some practical and useful basic features) or a multimedia counterpart with myriads of buttons, games, sounds and lights. If you prefer the former buy this solid quality phone from Sony Ericsson, otherwise choose another phone!

I give the phone it self 5 out of 5 and the amount of overall and "cool" features 3 out of 5 stars.
