Appalling |

This was a dreadful book full of cliche after cliche. I had high hopes but soon into the storyline we were made to trawl through the boring lives of one dimensional characters using frankly weird dialogue/vocabulary. The whole premise of the book was that women should never despair as there will always be a man for you because of course without one youd be useless. I found the ending incredible - and by that I mean NOT credible, managing as it did to be simultaneouly trite and unrealistic - think the Bodyguard dumbed down (if thats possible) pure sugary Hollywood yet it was set among supposedly real people living in London. Nauseating.

As an avid fan of A.Parkes I was extremley disappointed. I waited for months for this release and I wasted my money. Her other books were Fantastic but this was so predictable, I was BORED.
