Excellent - a geniunely practical guide

As someone with over 5 years experience of competency based selection interviewing, I wasnt sure if I would gain much from reading this book. I did - not only does it provide a practical approach to competency based interviewing but it explains the rationale for each step as well, and has given me some new ideas and approaches I can adopt. All this was achieved in a clear and easy to understand way. The chapters on assessment centres have been extremely useful too. This one is definitely remaining close to hand.
