Remote Control Land Rover Defender review |
This Land Rover is great, The lights work, indicators, reversing lights and the doors open and close. I like it because the suspension enables the vehicle to drive over rocks, mud, sand, stones, soil, snow, ice etc. The battery is in such a place that it will not get harmed if it goes through deepish water. It has two gears; Fast and Slow. Fast for normal terain, e.g. tarmac. Slow for climbing on soil or driving on ice.It is very addictive in that you can do all these things, the manufacturer produces items to make your own "off road course" this would include ramps and the like. All in all this is a very good product and it is durable because it has to be to go through all these terrains. It is worth the money, Alex Gostelow

Muaka and Kane-Ra review |
|
Lego Bionicles: Muaka and Kane-Ra is a brilliant toy.Muaka being a big cat and Kane-Ra being a bull. The toa can just fit on there backs to travel around faster. They heads can extend, which is ace for pulling masks of off the toa heads and is the greatest weapon off the bionicle series yet. Building them up fun and then later you can build the into one big monster, which head can extend even more. Muaka and Kane-Ra is the best bionicle set ever.

PRACTICAL AND COMPREHENSIVE |
Brilliant. Unlike other books on this subject the book is both thorough and easy to read. The layout is good, and information is easy to locate. More importantly it provides practical guidance and information in areas where other books are lacking. We have lived in France for a year now, and we wished we had had this book when we arrived. All the books we had read advised us to rent before buying, but none of them really explained what to do. This book has a great chapter explaining tenants rights and telling us how to protect ourselves when we come to leave. What I like also is the information on how to settle, both the details about what is available for Brits in France, and how to settle within the French community - the author has clearly lived in France for some time. Anyone wanting to buy in France should take a look at the details about the many areas affected by flooding and termites, not to mention the subsidence in Normandy. We had not realised that one of the houses we were looking atis in fact in a risk area. This book is a must.
