I have owned every version of the LMA series from day one way back on the PS1. It has never ever failed to get better each time and has always impressed the masses! And guess what, LMA 2004 will be no different, other than it might just impress you more. With many more features like expert mode (the overall stat bar removed) you can truly test your skills, fantasy mode allows you to create the team of your dreams, and kit, and stadium to boot!! The match engine has been updated both graphically and tactically so now you can really see your in game decisions take effect, for good or bad! A few more player attributes have been added, along with mood and temperment having an effect on the players performance and team morale. Further to this you can buy players from as far away as Chile! Mangerial changes allow you to move mid season, but beware they can now sack you too, even if it is only the 3rd week in September you could be down the job centre in no time! better than ever

i own LMA 2002 and that has been glued to my PS2 ever since i got it, but i was lucky enough to get a chance to test this game out and i have to say it is a massive improvement on an already brilliant game it is packed with new features; a better match engine, they have used the club football match engine, more teams, you can now by players from south america, more in depth tactics you can move players around on the pitch for example make your defense play really high up the pitch all of these and the many other additions make LMA 2004 the best management game ever, nothing else comes anywhere close so if you already own an older edition you should forget about it and buy this and if you dont have one then get this one and forget about your social life
