Poorly explained, poorly photographed waste of paper. |
The stretches shown in this book are obvious to anyone who has ever done martial arts. There is no text explanation - just pictures and these are of poor quality.Of the kicks shown, there is one novel idea, but even in this example it is difficult to see what he is doing since the photographs are poorly framed. Dont buy this book. Buy, "Stretching Scientifically" by Tom Kurz instead. Although hewontteach you how to kick, hell teach you how to make your friends sick as yo effortlessly drop into the box splits between a couple of chairs.

A weak excuse for a karate book with "Art" in the title. |
|
This book has absolutely no substance, just pictures. One could learn just about as much about stretching from a comic book. This book should be titled "The Art Of Taking Blurry Pictures of Someone Whos Really Flexable". I hesitate rating this 1 star.
