Very nice piece of technical and educative book |
Im rather accostumed to read computer books that are either too "literary", either too "technical". This book is surprisingly well balanced. It covers every single aspect of ISP, hardware and software, without spending too much time in any specific item, always you keep the global view of whats being explained. It makes good use of drawings, no yet-another-TCP/IP-stack drawing, but fairly interesting drawings of switches, routers and firewalls in the example ISP (FijiNet), besides it makes use of maths to calculate flows... Well, a very well balanced book, delightful to read. Besides it comprises tips and tricks, like every good computer book should do. Good and extensive index. Questions at the end of each chapter.

Hair-perfect |
I got this item for Christmas and I must admit, I was a bit sceptical... but only until I tried it. Its so easy to use, you can trim your hair all by yourself. And when I went to work after New Year, no one could believe I cut my hair myself. And its not at all messy, so theres no worries about stray hair under the rug a month later. Just perfect - and the really good news is, you dont have to visit the hair-dresser every two weeks (for those with really short hair cuts). Two thumbs up! :)

Fab hairdryer |
First of all this looks very good. It is nice to hold, not to heavy and the switches are easy to use. It is very powerfull and I find that I only need to use the medium settings to dry my thick & unruly hair, so using the hotter/faster ones would dry anyones hair very quickly indeed. Also the cold shot actualy works - yay!
