Please be aware that this book is American with US measurements and ingredients. Although the book does give a clear overview of slow cooking basics I was disappointed to find that many recipes relied heavily on US branded pre-prepared food in packets, jars and cans. I suppose that this saves preparation time, but when it is then slow cooked for a further 8 hours I wonder whether there would be any nutritional value left. However, the ‘master meat sauce’ recipes which can be made in bulk and used to ‘jump start’ meals were a great idea. The French Onion Soup made with slow cooked chicken broth was delicious.

Everyone should have this

Really good phone this is. Really happy I bought it. Was out looking for a phone under 100 pound and saw this one. Just had to buy it because of its look alone as its small and greatly designed. Once I took it home and played with it inserting my many numbers and generally getting to know it better I loved it even more. The games are great, along with the free downloadable wallpapers. People should by this when their looking for a cheaper phone model that is small and light with a cool look design
