Good but nothing special |
NBA Courtside is a stunningly average basketball game featuring a comprehensive amount of detail and a reasonable selection of play modes. I found the Arcade mode the most fun, but you need to change the games speed setting to fast for it to become enjoyable. As far as basketball games go, you could to a lot worse than to pick up a second hand copy of this for under a tenner. Just dont expect the world to be set alight.

boring ball game |
NBA courtside had the potential to be a great game with amazing graphics unfortunately it only managed 1 of those things. The only reason I gave the game 2 stars was because of the graphics. The gameplay is appalling, I was bored after just 2 minutes but I carried on for about 20 minutes just in case it got better. Low and behold it didnt. The only thing remotely enjoyable about this game is the 3 point contest. I dont know if all basketball games are this boring but only get this game if youre an extreme basketball fan.

Brilliant!!!!!!!! |
This is a great basketball game, the graphics are amazing, the detail of the players, stadiums and players moves are like nothing Ive seen before. I found that the commentary was quiet good compared to that of other sports games it keeps up with whats happening and doesnt get repetative. If you get bored of all the rules then the arcade mode will blow you away, its fast and furious with plenty of crazy dunks and passes that you will want to replay again and again.
