an airbed that cannot support air

i tried using this airbed and i was astounded by the fact that the surface could easily be ripped off and thus create a hole.the materials used in this airbed cannot support enough air that it can easily be damaged when inflated. i used the repair kit provided but it was never enough to stop the hole from getting bigger. i followed all the precautions and instructions.the maximum time i tried inflating this airbed is for only about 2 minutes and 15 seconds.firm enough to support my back.but surely this airbed sucks. i hope they can provide customers with a 30 day warranty.i stopped using my airbed a month ago...2 weeks after it has been damaged.
