The Best Book ever on Eye Care!

This is the best book ever on how to improve your eyesight. The book is concise and easy to read. "Talking about an eye opener!" If you are serious about getting rid of your glasses, this book is a must! I recently had an eye exam after only two weeks of doing the recommended eye exercises. The results were; the right eye from -3.00 D to -2.00 D and the left eye from -3.25 D to -2.50 D. "I will be for ever grateful to the authors of this Book!".

A Way To Get Rid Of Glasses Forever !

After an interesting interlude in Colorado Springs with Gangs, and after going home to Greeley, Colorado where my kid-sister lives in our D.M.Z. (Norte IV - but with rich caucasians tagging the hood...)to observe Post-Tramautic Stress Syndrome at work within the entire community, I continued my research into pretty-good Behavior Modification Techniques to combat this... I highly reccomend that you first read the following two books: ( ONE ) "The Bates Method for Better Eyesight Without Glasses" by Dr. William Horatio Bates, M.D. This work lets you read between the lines, if you need that, and is the earliest work that I can find. The Bates book states that Schizophrenia has been known to be defeated with the techniques used here, and taught to us early in Grade School. See Amazon.com or your local Book-Pusher... ( TWO ) "Seeing Yourself See" by Jim Jackson. See Amazon.com for my reviews of the two books. The Jackson book will neccesitate your getting a Inter Library Loan, as it is still out of Print. This Jackson book has simple eye-exercises that he discovered used in Red China ( also once taught here...) that I used since grade school while reading, using the P.C. Terminal, etc. Very relaxing, and the Jackson book has an Excellent Bibliography that I followed to my profit! I intend to use the Program of Eye Exercises and a series of less-corrective glasses to train my eye muscles to once more pick up the load, and so that I can throw these "Corrective" Crutches away for once and for all. The treatment in both the Jackson Book and the Beresford Book are recognized by both the American Opthomological Association ( Eye M.D.s ) and the American Vision Institute. Again, both stress that it is through Behavior Modification that one can regain ones own eyesight to enjoy a healthy, happy life! Now, if I can only get my sister to get back into our Public Library once again...

How interesting to read a review here from an optician who dismisses this book I presume without ever having tried the exercises We are so conned by these professionals and our belief in them - I never knew before that glasses actually make your eyesight worse I have stopped using my reading glasses and have been doing the exercises and my eyesight has improved a lot in a few weeks Highly reccommended
